Jack-O-Lantern Spetactular

October is the time of year for carving pumpkins, or if you are like me dreaming up ideas for cool ways to carve pumpkins…and not doing it. 

I digress. 

Starting this weekend, the jack-o-lantern spectacular opens to the public. The event is located at Iroquois park and I am just going to be up front here, is a little bit on the pricey side. Sunday – Thursday the price is $12 for adults and $9 for children. Friday – Saturday the price for adults is $15 and $12 for children.  However, it is an experience that is totally unique. 

The trail of pumpkins winds through a 1/4 mile trail of Iroquois park and features over 5,000 intricately carved pumpkins.
