Dickens Christmas Festival

It is just about time for the 5th annual Dickens Christmas Festival to take place once again! 

The event takes place over 2 weekends:  December 5 and 6th and December 12th and 13th. 

You and your family can see scenes from the classic story “A Christmas Carol” acted out during various parts of the day. I would recommend that if you haven’t read this story to your kids yet, to share the story with them before going to the festival. There are some dark spots to the story so making sure they know the whole story is a good plan. 

In addition to seeing the various scenes from the story there will be Christmas caroling, as well as a chance to take pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus. 

If you still have people to buy gifts for there will also be local vendors on site selling their creations.
