FREE Kentucky Girls STEM Program

I caught wind of this fantastic event on Facebook and felt like you need to know about it!  It’s a free event (registration required) for girls.

According to the website: “Girls Day Out program
is designed to promote
interest in STEM careers
(science, technology,
engineering & math). The
workshop will allow for
personal and in-depth
career exploration. The
students will learn about
STEM careers first hand by
touring and visiting a local
company.”

As a former math teacher and well…..a female, I think this is CRAZY AWESOME!
