We are quickly approaching fall, in fact I have already declared it fall in my home. With the arrival of fall also brings slightly spooky activities, and that is exactly what is happening in Harrodsburg, Kentucky starting this weekend. 

The tour is appropriate for the whole family, just be prepared to walk for 1 mile during the tour. The guide for the tour is dressed in 1850’s apparel and lights the path with a lantern. 

The start time is 7:30pm and will last until about 9:30pm. Participants should meet at front parking lot of Fort Harrod by the Old Sage Orange tree & the tour ends at the Fort Harrod Cemetery.

Here is more information about the tour taken from their website: “The Historical Ghost Walk is for those that have a love for the unexplained, paranormal or history. The tour guides will tell you the history of Harrodsburg, unexplained events, local folk lore and reveal evidence that they have captured on their investigations of the historic downtown area. This walk includes a tour of a historic mansion that has active unexplained events in it.”

This is a walking tour, so please wear comfortable walking shoes. This tour does go up and down a couple of hills. Cost is $10.00 per person, 12 & older; under 12 are free.
