Barker Arboretum, Bowling Green Kentucky

Did you know that there is a pretty awesome arboretum on the campus of Western Kentucky University? I went to college there and I had no clue, until just recently. Admission to the arboretum is free, and there can be a tour arranged for your group if you so desire they just ask for 1 weeks notice. Go Ape! Coming to Jefferson Memorial Forest

Treetop Adventure is building a ropes course at Jefferson Memorial Forest that is scheduled to be completed summer 2015. This adventure will feature zip lines, ladders, log swings, Tarzan swings and more.   It all happens 40-50 feet above ground and takes about 2-3 hours to complete. The minimum age for participation is 10 years old with minimum height being 4ft 7in (55 inches) and maximum weight being 285 lbs (subject to harness fit). Prices will be: $57+ tax for those

A Day Out With Thomas – Ticket information and Discount Coupon Code

Located in New Haven, the Kentucky Railway Museum is a great place to go and explore on a regular family outing. They have train rides on regular trains and a museum to explore.
